We participate with most insurance companies including State Medicaid (HUSKY) & Medicare and will work with insurance companies to best utilize any available insurance benefits.

For clients with no insurance coverage, we offer a reduced fee sliding scale based on income and household members. Please inquire at the front desk.

Applying for Medicare/Medicaid/HUSKY

Wellmore staff will assist you with the completion of an application on the CT Health Insurance Exchange – Access Health CT, which links you to Medicare/Medicaid/HUSKY as well as other coverage options, as applicable.
