Wellmore and Federally Qualified Health Center, StayWell Health Center, established the OASIS program in 2014. OASIS is a program of StayWell which is located within the Wellmore adult outpatient site at 402 East Main Street in Waterbury.
OASIS is designed to provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) in the form of Suboxone to individuals who struggle with opioid use disorder. Specially trained medical, clinical, and case management staff are assigned to OASIS which combines this Medication-Assisted Treatment with robust clinical group interventions, primary care services, community support, and aftercare to offer individuals the tools to start their recovery journey.
Individuals can walk in between the hours of 11:00am-3:00pm to be assessed for services. If medically indicated, individuals can start medication the same day! Walk in today to start your recovery journey!
