Primary Integrated Care (PIC) offers excellent care from an expert team of doctors, clinicians, and nursing staff. The goal is to offer an individual the full continuum of care under one roof. This clinic is easily accessed in our downtown Waterbury outpatient clinic, and services offered in the clinic include general health screenings, dental care services, mental health groups, and wellness and prevention groups. Additional services offered at the same location and that can be referred same day include substance use groups (outpatient and intensive outpatient), case management services, residential treatment referral, and medication-assisted treatment.
